William Montgomery is a former naval officer and leadership consultant with over six year's experience in property management. He is a highly experienced business leader who, as the head of strategic change at Lloyds TSB, improved customer service through the implementation of cutting-edge efficiency programmes. Now, his main motivation is to bring the same effectiveness and efficiency to estate management.

Chloe Wheeler graduated from the University of Plymouth with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) Degree in Criminal Justice Studies with Sociology. Since graduating she developed a career in online marketing, working for one of the largest digital agencies in London. Following a recent move to Bristol, she is now keen to study further and develop a successful career in block property management.

Louise Thorkildsen is currently studying Criminal Law at and passed ILEX Level 3 Higher Diploma in June 2008. She is also Pitman trained in typing skills and can reach up to 65wpm in both copy and audio typing.
