It is not therefore surprising that we receive a high amount of management referrals from existing clients. Through defined objectives and policies, our service is tailored to meet specific client instructions and interests.

1.   Our prices are very competitive, and we offer superb value for money.

2.   We do not take financial inducements from contractors or suppliers; any savings are passed in full to the client.

3.   We provide a quarterly newsletter to up date all residents and financial reporting to directors on a monthly basis, including trial balance, analysis of cost against budget and debtor details.

4.   We instruct and personally supervise repairs to the structure, plant, fixings and fittings on a day-to-day basis.

5.   We produce detailed specifications for communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning and conduct competitive tendering for annual contracts.

6.   For larger elements of work, we specify, tender and then report to the client before serving appropriate consultation notices to comply with the Landlord and Tenant Legislation.

7.   All premises under management are within walking distance of our
office in BS1 and our estate managers only manage two properties at a time.

8.   Premises under management are visited at least weekly (accompanied if necessary) and have a resultant site report within 48 hours.

9.   We organise quarterly management meetings and the annual general meeting and circulate minutes within 48 hours.

10. Each property under management has access to our 24-hour helpline and the personal contact details of the managing director.
